Todd Ahrend is the International Director of The Traveling Team , a national missions mobilization movement. Todd also serves as a team director and spends 10 months out of the year speaking to students at college campuses and conferences. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University and former campus minister at Tulsa University with Student Mobilization. He has ministered in India , Nepal , and throughout the Middle East . After completing his master's degree at Dallas Theological Seminary, he is now working on a Doctorate of Missiology at Gordon Conwell Seminary In Boston. Todd's wife is Jessica and they have been married for 4 years.
Claude Hickman is the U.S. director for The Traveling Team, a national missions mobilization movement. He graduated from Northeastern State University with a degree in Psychology. He has a year of fulltime counseling experience along with missions experience in Ukraine and China. Claude married Rebecca in 1999 and since 2000 they have traveled ten months of the year, speaking to over one hundred thousand students at college campuses, conferences, and churches in the U.S., casting vision for the evangelization of the world. Claude and Rebecca are both from Oklahoma. Claude authored his first book in 2003, Live Life On Purpose, has spoken for Perspectives courses, and is currently working on a Masters in Cross-Cultural Ministry at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Dr. Steve Shadrach has a passion for developing laborers for Christ to reach the world. During his college years, he worked with Campus Crusade and The Navigators and spent his summers as head counselor at Kanakuk Kamps. In 1979 Steve started his seminary training at Southwestern Baptist Theological, then completed a masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary before becoming Pastor of Students and Missions at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. After receiving training at the U.S. Center for World Missions in 1985, he began starting and teaching Perspectives on the World Christian Movement courses. In 1986, Steve founded the campus ministry, Student Mobilization, which focuses on evangelizing and discipling college students in the U.S. and abroad. After he and his family spent a year in Ukraine, helping to establish a campus ministry, Steve launched the NVision seminars and the nationwide missions mobilization effort called The Traveling Team. In 2001, Steve started The BodyBuilders, which aims to "build up the body of Christ," through the development of seminars and publications. He completed a Doctorate of Ministry in Church and Parachurch Executive Leadership from Denver Seminary, and has written a book: The Fuel and the Flame: "Ten Keys to Ignite Your Campus for Jesus Christ". He also serves as the Director of Mobilization for the U.S. Center for World Mission, where he oversees the Perspectives course movement and their nationwide strategy to recruit, train, and connect believers to finish the Great Commission. Steve and his family live in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
