Two Levels of the SRS Ministry Audit
1. A "Basic" Audit includes:
*The survey is administered to all the staff
*Two comprehensive report portfolios of all the data (in text and graphic form) is sent to the organization's leadership
*A document of observations based on the data is included
*A document of recommendations based on the data is included
*A 30 minute Q & A and debriefing phone call with a SRS consultant

2. A "Basic Plus" Audit  (an additional $600)
*Everything included in the Basic Audit
*Two additional report portfolios
*An initial 60 minute phone call to debrief/Q&A with a SRS consultant
*An additional four hours of consulting phone time to be used over the next 6 months to help implement the recommendations.
